Pneumatic high-pressure small flow regulating valve has small volume, light weight, high performance, and is used for accurate control of small flow rates. For example, in precision chemistry and scientific research institutions, it is used for precise micro control of flow and pressure. The design pressure of the valve body can reach 32MPa. Multiple spring pneumatic membrane mechanism or electric actuator can be selected.

Note:
1. The above is the standard configuration structure, with a metal to metal valve seat and a PTFE soft valve seat as an optional VI level seal. Hardened valve internals coated with Steller alloy can also be provided. We have more reasonable bolt and nut choices for specific usage temperatures.
2. The PTFE V-ring stem packing is a standard configuration and flexible graphite can also be selected. An extended valve cover equipped with graphite packing can be used in situations where the temperature exceeds 232 ℃ (450 Fahrenheit).
3. The standard valve body materials are carbon steel and stainless steel, and a variety of alloy materials can also be provided for highly corrosive applications.
